Whereas in the past, we would mostly work on the timber semi-automatically, today’s advanced machines have taken over a lot of manual labour. Nevertheless, our employees' expertise is still essential. Our quality of our wood solutions is based on our thorough knowledge of the properties of the different types of timber and being able to respond to them with our machines!
GRAD
The GIPI machine is specially designed for milling grooves in wood that are compatible with the GRAD® system for facade cladding and decking.
The GRAD® system makes every terrace and facade more sustainable. Due to limited contact with the structure (only the clip), the lifespan of the terrace or facade planks is increased because there is no capillary action between the GRAD® clip and the wood. With minimal buildup, maximum ventilation is guaranteed.
A wide range of solutions
Sawing, shortening, package shortening, angled sawing, splitting timber into two, into three, etc.
Customised shortening after planing
Cross-cut milling, tongue-and-groove milling, planing and cross-cut machining, or only cross-cut machining.
Spalting, sawing beams into several sections
Packing in shrink-wrap, personalised cardboard retainers, etc.
Capability of handling smaller packs by using tie-down straps (3, 4, 5, etc. items per pack).
Extensive stock of profile knives and cutters
After 85 years, our grinding shop has a magnificent collection of more than 2000 profile knives and cutters. We can plane a wide range of profiles depending on the applications and our customers’ requirements. We can also quickly develop custom solutions based on our many years of experience and expertise in wood import and wood processing.
We have profiles in stock for a wide range of applications and types of timber.
